WARRANTY TERMS
- PanameraDesign provides a 6-months Carry-In warranty for Pebl. To avail the warranty, customers will be responsible for shipping the product and pickup of the same after the repair.
- Free repair warranty(FRW) applies to defects related to product material and workmanship
- Original documentation of purchase(receipt/order ID and warranty card) should be produced along with the product when applying for the warranty claims.
- Following types of warranty claims are excluded from this warranty:
- Damage due to burns, wear and tear, extended storage in damp/wet conditions and due to accidents/negligence
- Damage caused by not complying to the “Wash and Care” instructions. For example, in the case of the product being washed by a harsh, low quality soap, the material is ought to be damaged
- Damage caused by “improper use or care”. Improper use includes all use which the product could not reasonably be expected to withstand, without suffering damage
- Prints on products, color fastness zip related issues don't come under the warranty. Although we assure you the best quality prints and other material.
- Any loss to the owner/user due to a defect in the product will NOT be covered by the warranty
- PanameraDesign reserves the right, before having any obligation under this limited warranty, to inspect the damaged product. If the defect is found
complying to the warranty terms and conditions, PanameraDesign will repair the product, depending on the type of repair.
- All the costs of transportation of PanameraDesign product, Cara, to and from the designated ServicePoint for repair shall be borne by the purchaser.
